Privacy
Wobzy is a free games website, and you can play without an account. This page explains in plain words what we record, why, how long we keep it and how you can delete it. The site is run by mipogames.com; for anything about your data, write to support@mipogames.com.
What we record for everyone
To learn which games players enjoy and recommend better ones, the pages send us short reports:
- which games were shown to you in lists, and which ones you tapped;
- which games you started, and how long each one was on your screen;
- what happens in a game, as the game reports it: that it loaded, that a round started, a score;
- the language of the page, your type of device (phone, tablet or computer) and, in general terms, where you came from: a search engine, a social site, another of our pages, or directly.
Each report carries a random number that changes on every page, and a random test group that also changes on every page. It carries no cookie, no name, no email and no exact location, and we do not follow you on other websites. We look at your browser’s name only to tell search engine robots apart, and we do not store it.
If you agree to save the games you play
After your first game we ask whether we may save the games you play. If you tap “OK”, we set a cookie with a random ID and keep on our server which games you played, when, and for how long. We use this to recommend games for you and to see how often players come back. From then on, your reports are linked to that ID too, and your browser remembers your test group and the day of your last visit. We also keep a record of when you said yes and which version of this page you were shown.
If you tap “No thanks”, we do not save your play history on our server and we do not ask again. Saying no changes nothing about playing.
Favorites
When you tap ☆ Favorite, we set the same cookie and save which games you marked, so they appear in My games in this browser. You asked for it, so we do not ask first. Each game shows how many favorites it has, but not who they are from.
Scores, saves and challenges in games
Some games send your score at the end of a round. We keep the score, the day, the game and how long the round was actually played (to spot made-up scores), with no cookie and no ID, to tell you what share of players you beat. Only your first score on each board each day is kept; later tries are compared, not kept.
Games can save your progress in your browser, on this site and not on our server.
When you send a challenge, we keep what the game put in it (for example your time and the board) behind a short link, so your friend’s game can open it. Anyone with the link can open it.
Playing together in a room
When you start or join a multiplayer room, including Puzzle Together and Four Together, we keep the shared game state, an automatically chosen nickname, your contributions, and a secret recovery credential scoped to that room for up to seven days. This is needed to play together and resume, even if you decline play-history saving. Everyone with the invite link can join and see the shared game state and room nicknames. Your browser keeps the recovery credential on the portal; games and invite links never receive it. Clearing site data removes your ability to recover that membership. Room data expires automatically; temporary drag positions are broadcast to the room and are not saved as game progress.
For the same seven-day room lifetime, we keep invitation-link creation, new room membership through each link, and the first accepted action of an invited member. Returning with the same room credential does not count again. The game operator can see aggregate invitation and action counts, not recovery credentials. Invited developers have a studio name, game approvals and hashed API keys stored for access administration. Active keys remain until revoked; revoked key records are removed after 30 days by daily cleanup. The developer console keeps the entered key in page memory, not browser storage.

How long we keep it
- Reports: about three months, then they are deleted automatically.
- The games you played, on our server: each play is deleted automatically after 400 days, or straight away when you clear your history.
- The record of your yes, or of taking it back: 400 days, and as long as any of your games are still saved.
- Favorites: until you remove them. If you clear your cookies, they stay only as part of each game’s favorite count.
- Game scores: 400 days. Challenge links: 180 days. Neither is linked to you.
How to see and delete your data
- My games shows the games you played and your favorites.
- “Clear history” in My games deletes the games you played, in this browser and on our server.
- “Stop saving my games” in My games deletes the games saved on our server and stops saving new ones.
- Tap ★ on a game again to remove it from your favorites.
- Clearing this site’s cookies and data in your browser removes everything stored there. After that, nothing on our server can be linked to you.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, limit how we use it or object to it, and take back your yes at any time. Write to support@mipogames.com. We only know you by the random ID in your cookie, so the buttons above are the quickest way. You can also complain to a data protection authority: the AEPD in Spain, the CNPD in Portugal, the ANPD in Brazil, or the personal data protection authority in Indonesia.
Why we may do this
- Saving the games you play: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time with “Stop saving my games”.
- Favorites: to give you the feature you asked for.
- Reports and protection against abuse: our legitimate interest in running the site, keeping it working and making it better. You can object to this by writing to us.
Who else handles data
The site runs on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site, Cloudflare processes your IP address and other technical details of each request, and keeps a technical log of every request for up to 7 days, which we use to find errors. We use your IP address to stop automated abuse; we do not store it with the reports or with the games you played. Cloudflare has servers around the world, so this data can be processed outside your country, including in the United States, under Cloudflare’s data protection terms (which include the EU standard contractual clauses).
Game covers, preview clips and the games themselves can load from their developers’ own servers, which then see your IP address and browser details, as any website you visit does. A game may also keep its own data, such as your progress, under its developer’s rules.
We do not sell your data. There are no ads on the site yet; before we add any, we will update this page.
Children
We never ask for names, emails or ages. If you are a parent and your child said yes to saving their games, tap “Stop saving my games” in My games on their device, or write to us.
Changes
If we change what we record, we will update this page and the date at the top. Questions: support@mipogames.com.
